Tracking Your Order

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Alanis Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
